Reviews – Victoria's Marble & Granite

Everyone at Victoria’s was very courteous and professional. They came out and met me, brought samples and took measurements of the kitchen. They sent me a sketch of what the kitchen would look like for approval. I selected the color of the cabinets and granite. Everything went smoothly. Once I was ready, they scheduled the installation of the cabinets and counter tops. They ensured everything was working and to my liking. They took care of even the minor details (they fixed cabinet doors that came misaligned). I eventually hired them to do other work like painting, another granite countertop and handyman services. Cost below is only for the one kitchen renovation. Thank you Aldryn, Claudia and Victoria’s team!

WOW!!! Is the first thing everyone says walking into my new kitchen. Our cherry cabinets and granite counter tops are beautiful. Our project manager really helped us in finding the perfect granite. My wife said you know how at all of our parties we end in the kitchen, well she said I think the entire evening we will be in there now. We’ll be sending you some of my neighbors. They were great! Set up an appointment right away and handled the whole process. We had other workers doing repairs at the same time, and Victoria’s was great in adapting their schedule to work around them. The product is beautiful and was a hot selling item when we rented the condo. I plan to use them again.

I would highly recommend Victoria’s Marble & Granite. After contacting several other granite fabricators in the area – all of whom did not return my messages or follow up with me as promised; Sandra at Victoria’s Marble & Granite was a breath of fresh air. She called all of her suppliers in the area to help find what I was looking for in my price range and went over and above to make sure that I was pleased with both the slab and the installation. I will definitely return to Victoria’s Marble & Granite for all of our future countertop needs.

We used them for a kitchen remodel (demolition of the old kitchen, repair where needed, installation of the new cabinets, new granite counters, moving the location of the kitchen sink, updating the electrical etc.). We bought the cabinets from a separate provider and picked most of the various elements ourselves.

I think they did a good job for a reasonable price. They told us it would be 3 to 5 weeks and they got it done within that time frame (if you adjust for delays caused by some damaged cabinets that were not their fault/responsibility). The workers were diligent and professional.

They tried to clean up and keep the dust to a minimum during the remodel and I think they were as successful as you can be for such a large project.

The only thing I would change is the under cabinet lighting they chose and installed but guess what? No one else sees that but us.

I think that the workers had a more realistic expectation of the time frame than the project manager did. He would tell us something would be done in a day or a week when it really would be a few days or a couple of weeks. Also, towards the very end of the project we had a few rescheduling (i.e. they had to reschedule or push back days they would be coming). That being said, they did not go over the far end of the timeline they had originally provided and compared to the many awful stories I’ve heard about contractors they were very good.

I was pleased with the ultimate product. Our kitchen looks beautiful. We would use them again.

The provider came to my home as scheduled and made template for work request. Within 24 hours I had an email with the price quotes, I was able to communicate with the office via email details were clear and precise as to my requirements. Office personnel are customer friendly as well as the work crew.
